the default email account is configured from AD Users&Computers (double
click on a particular user, then go to Email Addresses tab). The address
that is boldfaced is the default email address. you can add others.
You have me curious ... if you have a company wide email account for every
user, why does every user have multiple POP accounts in addition to their
Exchange account? and why would one of their POP accounts be their default
one?
Perhaps there's a better way to handle what you are trying to do. Frankly,
what frightens me is that for every user that has one or more POP accounts
bypassing the server, you have increased the opportunities for virus, etc -
it only takes one user to disable their a/v to have that happen. I like all
my email (pop or otherwise) coming thru the server first.
