Why did you disable DHCP? It will make life much easier for you. If the
SBS-loginscript is run the first time the clients login, it is very well
possible that they've loaded the firewall client. You can check that on the
client.
Did you use the wizards in the SBS-console for ICW and adding users?
Users are then automatically put in the Backoffice Internet group.
