I am getting NDR reports from the server to my admin mailbox, but I would
like to see which user on the system is having problems with sending but my
reports do not show who sent them.
How would I go about seeing who has the problems.

Cheers...Monty

It should tell you in the body of the NDR who sent the message and who it
was intended for

There is all this information apart from who sent the email. Is there
somewhere in the system to configure this report, or do you have any other
info

If I receieve a NDR then I will post it here.

Assuming that you have not changed the actual addressee in this message

Someone on the outside appears to be testing your server to see if it is
open to relay and because SBS is locked down it won't relay and is rejecting
the message.

Chris,

This was an email send from my admin account but I have changed the
important bits for security. It was just to show you there was no sender in
the NDR to show me which internal user is having a problem but it is not
showing any user.

Thanks

Monty

Re: NDR Reports by Nrd

Nrd

We are having a similar problem. Users receive NDRs such as "Your message
did not reach some or all of the intended recipients. Subject: jkiuhgserr,
Sent: 1/26/2005, The following recipients(s) could not be reached: some
name@__________* The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address."

*_________ ususally represents a valid domain that could have been in this
users address book. Is this a strange coincidence or something that I need
to do something about?

Thanks -
I always look for you name when I search the community information.
