This is a probably a little more complicated than that. I'm assuming you
have SBS2000 as your server software? What OS the client have?
You can use Exmerge for exporting/importing the e-mail (from the server).
GB's suggestion of using an additional HD sounds ok to me. However, if your
clients are XP/2000 you will have problems with SIDs when you replace the
old server with the new one (even if they have the same domain and/or
machine name) and you will also need to enter all the users again (and that
sort of stuff). The SID thing means that you will need to disjoin/rejoin
each computer from the domain and new user profiles will be created... so
old settings will be lost.
Are you interested on preserving SIDs or you can live with it (new profiles,
entering the users... and so on)? If so, do you have a copy of Win2kSrv (not
the SBS version) with you?
