Hello,

Do you have a system state backup ? (Before and after the upgrade)
Are you running SQL or Exchange ? (If so, you might need some of their
files on the backup)

I can not offer much advice excpet to make sure you have these items in
case you need to boot into the active directory restore mode and
restore.

Allot of people read these news groups so someone will be hopefully be
able to assist before a restore is needed.

It is likely the AD works as you can log on. (I assume you are able to
logon to the domain controller as teh domain admin).

Maybe the old administrator account that you were used to was not the
real administrator. (A highly privledged acocunt renamed to
administrator)

Look through the support.microsoft.com site and I trust someone will
point you in a better dirrection.

Good Luck !
