What he is referring to is using Outlook 2003 configured to access the
Exchange server via RPC over HTTP. You would need to enable the option
Outlook over the Internet in the CEICW.. You can find step by step
instructions on how to configure Outlook to use RPC over HTTP by logging on
to the Remote Web Workplace (RWW) as a user and then clicking on the link
for Configure your computer to use Outlook via the Internet.
Which that way they would have very similar functionality as a user would
using Outlook on the local lan.. versus limited functionality being a POP3
or IMAP user.
