Recommendations for fax solution

I am looking for fax solution - Is there some wya / product that will let users on SBS2K environment RECEIVE and SEND faxes using outlook / exchange?

Please recommend.

Why dont u use "Microsoft shared fax" which comes with SBS?
It will give u all the required functionality.

I am using Shared fax to send faxes out.

I am looking for the incoming fax to appear in an individuals mail box? Is this possible with Shared fax?

Are you using GFI? What version of winSBS? How has your experience been with GFI? How about its support? Any gotcha's? Setup related things that one should know?

I have an account using it for incoming faxes. All faxes get sent to
one mailbox for processing. We do not use it to send out but there is
a send out client with the package. It has some mysterious bumps where
it stops working. It has been working for a few months though so you
just jinxed me!

SBS2000 running a SQL database pretty heavily and lighter Exchange.

Support has been ok but for the most part the product has worked ok so
no need to call. Sort of like SBS. Just buy a modem on their
recommended list for best faxing performance.
