I have a question pertaining to ISA on a SBS server. Would it be better to
ask in the ISA group or here.

The question is how can I find out what user is surfing to a certain web
site?

ISA log will show you the Time, Destination and source IP Addresses.

You'll need the IP Address of the remote website, and the User logged
onto the Workstation at that time.
