I need to set up an e-mail box on my SBS2K network that all users could get
to and read mail. My thought was to make a public folder and somehow have
the specific e-mail delivered there. Does that sound like a reasonable
thought? Is this possible and do you know of any articles that would show
me how to do such a thing?

Thank you.

I would do following:
1. From Outlook create a new public folder under Public Folders > All Public
Folders.
2. Give a suitable name and select Mail and Post items in the 'Folder
Contains' box
3. Provide proper permissions from the folders properties
4. Email address of the folder will be 'foldername@yourcompany.com'. Test
sending mail.

You can also create a public folder from Exchange snap in from SBS admin
console. rom console you can add additional SMTP addresses for this folder.

Thank you Sunil. That is exactly what I needed. It worked like a charm.
