Whenever I log up using OWA, I see a default page saying
that "you do not currently have a default document set for
your users". Can anyone tell me what do I do wrong in
setting up the OWA.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Well, I'll take a stab.

It sounds like you are logging onto the default website, and not OWA. Are
you loggin on from inside the office or outside? If inside, the proper way
would be *servername*/exchange unless you have turned on SSL. How about a
bit more detail?

Thanks for your email. I was loging from inside the
office. So I followed your advice. But I can only see a
one or two messages. I cannot see all the emails. When I
logged in from outside office which I used the
owa.mycompany.com which gave me the message "... no
default document set ..." Any suggestions ?

Thanks again for your help.

You still need to put the /exchange on the end of your www.company.com
address: www.yourcompany.com/exchange

Try that.

By the way, as a nice way of kicking out nosey people, I changed the default
web page to a re-routing page that boots them out to our public web site.
You may want to do the same so people don't start noticing you have your
server set up in a 'default' mode and raise their interest in you.
