I am having problem remotely accessing our exchange and TS post SP4. I am
dialing directly into the server via modem and am able to establish the
vpn - but I can't get to exchange/TS/or files.

(on the network I can get to exchange and TS no problem)

Any suggestions?

I did note in a previous thread that:

I would be happy to try "the fix", but what is "the fix" - I could not find
the article that Susan was referring to.

It looks like a name resolution problem. Microsoft article K292822 helped
resolve the issue.

If you are dialing directly into the server with a modem, assuming RAS. Then
why are you using the VPN? The VPN is used over the Internet. If you
dial-in, then you are already connected to the server's resources. Sound
like too much overhead for a dialup connection considering the VPN isn't
needed and causing confusion.

Yes - all worked fine BEFORE SP4. After changes noted in above kb - all is
working fine now.
