I believe ISA 2000 is unable to do this, (before you say there is no
router....yet)

This is a delicate site and do not want to be seen as not having the
knowledge so wanted it to be confirmed or does someone know how it can be
done?

Server internal IP is standard 192.168.16.2. There is a web based camera on
192.168.16.5. Internally 192.168.16.5:1024 brings up the web cameras so need
external IP xx.xx.xx.xx:1024 forwarded to internal.

Any ideas ?

TIA
