Last time I checked SBS at www.atomicpark.com, they had the SBS 2000 CALs.
I believe the official practice is to buy SBS 2003 CALs and exercise your
downgrade rights to the previous version. However, that also requires you
to call MS "fulfillment" to get the CAL diskettes.

If you ever plan on upgrading, you'd be money ahead to inconvenience
yourself with the latter option so that you don't have to spend money again
for those CALs.
