Outlook shared mail box

We I open an another users mail box from within my outlook it always open
minimized, I've tried adjusting it but every time I reopen it it's
minimized.

Any advise.

With Outlook displaying the way you like it - for example with the other
user's mailbox not minimized - click File -> Exit. Re-open Outlook and see
if the other mailbox opens as you wish.

If you close Outlook with the "Close" control (red X at the top right), it
opens back up in its default view. If you close it from the File menu, it
should re-open as it was when you shut it down.

Dave,

I had tried this before, I've retried encase I made a mistake but its still
the same!!!
Anyone got any other Ideas?

You might try posting in microsoft.public.outlook.general.

How are you opening the other user's mailbox?

I'm using file open other users folder.

I've just tried opening a new users inbox which I've never accessed before
and its the same just a small box.

I guess it must be a registry problem?
