Please if someone know how to resolve the problem: When I connect to Exchange server with outlook I cant see any mail that I should receive, but I know that Exchange picked up mail because we use external mail server from which exchange picks up mails via pop connector and I connect to that server and there arent any mails, which means that echange picked them up but he doesnt put them in the inbox of the user for which he should??

Thanx on all your answer

Has this ever worked properly? If so, are any errors being logged by the
pop connector in the system or application logs? Can you see the messages
by logging into the mailboxes using OWA? Have you changed anything that
caused you to re-run the ICW? (Actually, you could just re-run it anyway to
make sure all the settings are correct).

If the pop connector has never worked, I'd first go in and verify every
setting to make sure that the connector is configured to properly get the
messages from the appropriate pop accounts and deliver them to the
appropriate users' mailboxes.

This is what I would do first: verify all your settings, and that all the
services are running. Send some messages to one of the pop mailboxes. If
there's a web interface to the pop account, verify that the messages are
really there (you don't want to troubleshoot this if it's a problem at the
pop hosting company). Then, go to the SBS console, click First Storage
Group, and click to synchronize e-mail. That should initiate a pop
download. Now see if the messages are still in the pop mailbox, delivered
to the user's inbox, or just gone. If anything went wrong, an error should
have been logged in the app log, and that will lead you to the next
troubleshooting step.
