While using outlook to schedule appointments with intenal
users,it was noticed that scheduled times were all
different. My calander had a two hour difference in time
than the others.
They all seemed to be in the same time zone.

Any other possible explanations?

I can't explain the two-hour difference,but it's common to see a one-hour
difference if you don't check the option to automatically update for
daylight saving time. It's not only the time zones that have to agree, but
also the setting on the time zone tab to automatically adjust.

Other than that, you could check the settings in Outlook Tools/ Options/
Preferences/ Calendar Options/ Time Zone. I'm not sure how you'd get these
set wrong, but Outlook can use a time zone different from that of the
computer it's running on, or use two time zones, and that's where you see
it.
