I need to create smtp mail lists in small business
server / exchange can sombody point me to a step by step
guide or email me how to do it, as well as add smtp
addresses to same list.

If you do this with any regularity, consider using a public Contacts folder.
That way, you can let anyone in your office administer it with Outlook, as
opposed to having to do all the work yourself. They can just create the
contacts in the public folder, then if they need distribution lists, they
can use File, New, Distribution List.
