Sorry for the basic question.

We are a small company just implementing its first server on SBS 2000 and
don't _yet_ have a networked printer. We would like to connect one of our
current DeskJet printers directly to the server and use it as a pseudo
_networked_ printer rather than directly into the switch.

Is it possible to set up the DeskJet in this way and for it to be
addressable by the client computers?

If not can anyone recommend a cheap networked mono laser printer, preferably
HP?

TIA

Tony

We just purchased 2 used HP LaserJet 4 PLUS with "low miles" for $200
each cartridges are cheap as well.
