Network Property Box Open

I know this is the 2K site but when I try reinstall of 2K I get the same
thing. No help over there. I'm upgrading a SBS2K to SBS2K3. I can't get
past the "check" phase as it
says I have an open Network propery box-which I don't. The same thing
happens on 2K setup. Could it be open and
I don't know it? There's nothing in task mgr running. I've rebooted
numerous times and
that makes no difference. Any ideas?

Since you are rebuilding, try disabling your NICs in
Device Manager, having first unchecked all Clients &
Protocols in their Properties [and having noted IPs etc].
