I have a customer who went into administration on Monday. Today the company
acting as administrators made 20 of the admin staff redundant.

They now want me to add a note to the Out of Office Assistant for all those
made redundant explaining the situation.

Is there anyway I can do this without having to log in 20 times and type out
the message?

Thanks
Marc

A free possibility...

Good luck,

You could try to redirect the 20 mailboxs to 1 mailbox and add and out of
office reply to the one mail box. The user manager under exchange settings
allows to to redirect mail to another mailbox.
