See my reply to Arthur two threads down (subj: Clean Install of SBS2000).
Ghost isn't going to do much to move an SBS installation (or any OS
installation for that matter) unless you're dealing with *identical*
hardware, otherwise you'll have a decent mess on your hands.
Short (simplified) story - you'll need a spare box, a copy of vanilla Win2k
server and a good backup. Setup the spare box as a Win2k DC to maintain
your domain / users / SID. Backup your SBS. Install Win2k on new server,
make it a DC in the domain, upgrade to SBS. Restore Exchange / shares / etc
from backup. Remove spare box. Voila.
