We have a scenario with 3 MS SBS servers. They all collect mail under
the same domain name. Each server has a pop3 mail box setup with the
users alias's pointing at the relevant box.

Each server is setup to control it's own subdomain. When a user send
an email from one site to another is works fine. The problem arises
when a user sends an email to all of the users in the domain. Some are
found locally and delivered ok, some are then sent to the second site
and third site. This is causing replication and NDR,(approx 20,000 in
fact).

Sorry I forgot to mention that for each server there is a global POP3
box with various aliases for each user pointing to the mailboxes.

By default Exchange does not do this... so did you selected to forward all
unresolved mail to a host? If not, then is there a difference in the domain
for each of the 3 SBS servers (i.e. user@site1.domain.com and
user@site2.domain.com)?
