Hi

I've just added some additional space to my RAID array, and want to move
some existing shared folders/files to better balance disk space usage. How
can I do this without cutting off my users?

You posted in the SBS 2000 group. But not everyone who posts here has =
that version of SBS.

Can you confirm the version?

You have to have people out of the shared folders to move them, so if =
you mean a temporary inability to connect, you can't.

And are you talking specifically about the "User Shared Folders", where =
SBS puts your documents by default?

Hi Larry

thanks for your prompt response to my question. Yes I did mean SBS 2000. I
guess that answers my question completely. I was hoping that I would be able
to copy the folders during office hours and then redirect users to the new
location, without disrupting service by using Active Directory.

Thanks again for your help.
