Hi All,

I want to move data from The Company Drive which has not been accessed since
31 December 2005( for example) to a external drive and reduce the data
content. How can i do this. If anyone can help me i would greatly appriciate.
I like to move the data and keep the same folder structure too.

Thank You
Nalz

Plug in the external drive and use Windows Explorer to drag over what you
want to move

Hi Cris,

The Problem is I can't move all the diretories and sub directories. i can
only move files and folders that have not been accessed before 31st of
December 2005. If I am to move each file that has not been accessed prior to
that day it would take me a long long time.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks again

Nalz

There is no native tool in SBS to find that
And you'd have to be careful not to move system and application files that
could be dated before 2005 easily

You'll need 3rd party software to find these

Hi Cris,

Thanks for the quick responce. I actuall have the Company drive in a
completely separete partition and no software is installed in that folder.
The thing is this is something which I would think lot of companys would want
to do and surely Microsoft would have a command line tool that could do this,
I would have thought. Anyway thanks for your help

Take care
