Hi,
do anyone have experiences in migration of NT4.0 Server to
SBS2000. How can i do it with 2 Server. SBS2000 can
include TRUST-Domains, so i have problems with ADMT.

Assuming your NT domain is a single domain and you have access to a
plain copy of Win2K Server, you can do this:

1. install tempPC with NT4 as BDC.
2. promote tempPC to PDC.
3. upgrade tempPC to Win2K, thus migrating to AD.
4. install SBS-to-be with plain Win2K Server
5. join SBS-to-be to AD domain, and run DCPROMO.
6. Transfer AD FSMO roles to SBS-to-be.
7. Run SBS Setup.
8. DCPROMO tempPC down to member server, and remove from domain.

If you haven't got a PC you can use as a temp server, you can do an
in-place upgrade from NT4 to Win2K with the SBS-to-be.

Thank you, Mr. Foster,
is there any documentation and step-by-step check-list
about this procedure ?

You just read it. <g>

Seriously, it's just standard NT/Win2K domain "stuff" that any
competent consultant or IT Administrator (and by this I mean those
folks who do this for a living, not those who kinda fell into running
an SBS because "they know about computers") should know.

If you do a search of this and the smallbiz group for information about
migrating, you should find posts by myself, Jeff Middleton and Chad
Gross (IIRC) covering this topic to varying degrees of detail.
