I'm trying to plan this upgrade. Is there a checklist or recipe that details
the steps involved in this move?

What are you starting from? SBS 2000 since that's what this newsgroup is
for?

Yes, I plan on migrating from SBS2000 to Exchange (not SBS) 2007 running on a
new Win2003 server

Well, this is the SBS2000 NG, IMO the best group would be the Exchange
2007 NG to ask.

And IIRC, the exMerge tool is not used for 2007.

Quite frankly I'd wait until SP1 or when SBS 2008 ships.

Well quite frankly Susan, I dunno why you replied to *me* - but hey, I'm
not gonna argue with a redhead! :)

Just to be clear, I need to know if there is a specific path for migrating
from SBS2000 to full blown Exchange Server 2007 running on Windows 2003
server.

Hi Dino,

Just wondering if you ever found an answer to this question? I'm trying to
do the same processand have discovered that the move mailbox function doesn't
work with SBS2000. I'd be grateful to hear if you've found a solution.

Thanks,
Matthew
