Microsoft Outlook Email Message

I am receiving a Microsoft Outlook message everytime I compose or reply to an email
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No"
(an open box to check) Allow access for (a drop down box to select a time limit
Yes, No, Help
The help does not help, gives no insight

I am up to date with Norton and Microsoft.

My PC is running XP Pro, the Server is an SBS 2000 server

Have you recently installed Office XP SP3? I think I've
read somewhere about this happening after installing SP3
(Running Office 2003 myself, and have not installed SP3
yet on a lot of clients machines).
