Hi there,

My client has a pop box called advice@domainname.com. This is pulled down
and routed to an individual users mailbox via the POP connector.

When this user is on holiday other users have to log on as this user to
check for any mail coming to the advice mailbox. How do I give other users
access to their mailbox? I have looked in the user account properties
Exchange tabs but can't find the same options as available in SBS 2003.

A better alternative long term would be to create a generic user called
advice, have the email routed there and then give the other users permission
to open that mailbox as well, but I need to know how to do the permission bit
first I guess.

Any help appreciated,
Thanks,
Andy.

Best solution would be to create a public folder for "Advice" and have the
mail forwarded there.
No Intermediate steps required.

You could also create an "Advice" user and mailbox, and give users read and
"send as" permission.
