When I start the exchange, it can not mount the
information store, well I follow the Q261329

It can mount the Information store but all mail box

Not sure how you "accidentally" deleted those files. Do you have a backup?
You have to go to the Exchange System Manager and drill down to the
Mailboxes under your server, right-click in there and reconnect the
mailboxes. Or run Cleanup Agent.
Good luck,

Since the Priv.EDB/STM files *are* the user mailboxes, deleting those
files destroyed all mailboxes.

Although Exchange would create a new empty store when you attempt to
mount it, I wouldn't expect it to automatically recreate all the
mailboxes instantaneously.

What I would expect it to do is recreate them on demand as needed. Have
you tried to access a mailbox using Outlook on a workstation?

Calvin,

I agree. Either Exchange will create new empty STORE DB files, or you have
existing files in the Program Files\Exchsrvr\Mdbdata folder and you just
need to run Cleanup Agent on the Mailboxes. If some show as orphaned, then
right clich teh mailbox and "reconnect:" to a user. The users should
still have record of mailboxes in the active directory, even if Exchange
makes new database files.
