Hi,

I have installed GFI's mail essentials on SBS2K - standard out of the box
config.

I don't seem to have access to automatic dowload of Version update or
Bayesian Wizard.

Can anyone suggest what the problem is because I keep getting a message that
says something like "unable to donwload update because of network problem"

Regards,

Doug

Mail Essentials doesn't support the use of HTTP proxies, so you need to
setup a packet filter for HTTP (port 80) outbound in ISA.

Also make sure you configure Mail Essentials to use HTTP for downloads,
rather than FTP.

Thanks Steve. I will give it a go.
