Logon Problem

Hi Can anyone help ?

I have a user Peter who cannot access \\server\anyshare.
He logs on ok to the server but gets access denied - no
permission, user not found etc. He logs on to any other
PC and gets to the shares fine. Other users log on to
Peter's PC and can browse the server no problems. I have
stopped using his roaming profile, swicthed to local
profile, deleted his local profile and recreated, but the
problem still occurs.

Can anyone help ? What have I left out. No changes where
made, the PC was new 3 weeks ago and has been working
fine.

Server Win 2000 SP3, PC XP Pro SP1.

I dont think Peter is logging into the server, have you
done a gpresult to see if server policies are applied to
him once he logs in? If he can log in from another
machine and get to the file shares and others can log
into his machine and get to shares, sounds like the
problem is with his login, logging him into a different
profile, not the servers. What did you do to disable his
roaming profile?
