Hi Marina, I have checked the settings (AD and profile) against a user that
is working ok, and the settings are the same. One thing I have just
noticed, the last message recieve into this users account can not be read or
deleted. It says it already has been deleted or moved. Would deleting the
user and recreating the user help solve the problem, I could then reinstall
the mailbox from back up? Does this sound logical.
