What Javier said...
And if you plan on running SBS2K3 with a TS 2003 member server, you will
need to buy TS 2003 CALs (either User or Device) for all user/workstations
that access TS2003 *. Also, you would need a Win2K3 server license for the
member server and the member server consumes an SBS2K3 CAL. The SBS2K3 CALs
will cover access to the Win2K3 member server itself.
* If you had WinXP Pro workstations in the network prior to April 2003 (the
launch of Win2K3 server), they are supposed to be eligible for a free TS2003
CAL upgrade by calling MS.
And if you run SBS2K3 with a TS2000 server, I don't have a good idea what
the licensing issues would be. I suspect you'd have to buy TS2003 CALs and
downgrade them to TS2000 CALs; or buy TS2000 CALs for all your accessing
workstations. (The SBS2K3 CALs will cover a Win2K server).
Anyone confused yet?
