I can currently pick up SBS cheaper than Windows Server 2003. All I want to do is run a terminal server hosting one program. It will use a Jet database. I do not need to install Exchange or SQL server. Are there any issues with installing only the windows part of SBS and using terminal services without installing and using the SBS components?

Your issue will be that SBS2003 does -not- include Terminal Server
Application Mode.
