Does anyone know of a reason for the out of licenses error other than the
Win2K drive mapping issue and the Veritas backup software issue?

When clients don't shut down AND log off from Outlook.

Not that I know. Just ask the users to use that option (in File menu) to
shut down Outlook. After that, insist a bit more.
