From both the client and server I cant get to this website:

http://my.digical.com

I have been there from other computers not related to ISA and am wondering
what I have to do to get a work around.

I have downloaded the certificate and installed it on the SBS server, but
still no luck...

I am wondering if there is someone that might know what I may need to do in
order to get this site to function behind ISA.

Any thoughts would be great.

By the looks of it you need to allow connections to port 8443 on your isa
server.

goto isaserver.org and search for vbs which allows ISA to correctly handle
SSL traffic on non-standard ports. (8443, for instance)
