New client machine, recently upgraded to Windows XP, can no longer access
the Internet while connected to our SBS 200 by VPN. Can someone suggest an
answer or troubleshooting steps? Is the ISA Firewall client required? Many
thanks.

If you check the properties of the VPN connection there is a box labeled
"use default gateway" uncheck it

Already tried this, but no luck. Any other possibilities?

Thanks for pointing me to the KB article. It advises setting up static
routes for RRAS. Can you advise what would be a suitable range of addresses
to set aside for our situation? We only have a few VPN clients, and our SBS
2000 has the internal address of 10.0.0.2. Thanks for your help.
