John,
I trying to determine in your last post.. but it sounds like you may have
the ISA Firewall client install on the SBS Server? If so, we need to
uninstall it. Does the POP3 connector retrieve email then? If not, you
may want to manually test from the SBS server telnet'ing to the POP3 server
by using
telnet x.x.x.x 110
or
telnet servername.isp.net 110
where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the POP3 server or servername.isp.net is
the fully qualified domain name of the POP3 server. You may want to try it
both ways to see if it connects to see if you have a connectivity problem
connecting to the port or a name resolution problem (possibly with DNS)
If you are able to manually connect you may want to enable the logging in
the POP3 connector.. and see what/if any errors may show up in the event
logs. To try and determine is it able to retrieve the email but maybe not
deliver it for some reason.

Hope that helps,
