SBS 2000... up to date patches, etc.

Two remote users who access their email only through OWA have found if they
open an email (double-click) to read it, then go back to the main OWA window
(without closing the opened email) and click on Inbox, the opened email is
suddenly gone - there's no trace of it in the sent items, deleted items,
etc. I have tried to replicate this on other OWA accounts on the server,
but it is proprietary to only these two in particular...

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Scott

Do they have the view set to Unread Mail Only? That would give that
behaviour.

Thanks, Daryl!

I didn't think to check that. Unfortunately, I deleted and recreated the
users, so I can't check it any more. I'll consider this in the future.

Thanks,
Scott
