I ordered a 5 CAL license pack, comfirmed the order on EOpen and got the
confirmation code. Problem is SBS 2000 isn't like SBS2003 where you have the
internet option to put in the licnesing information. So, how would I go about
installing a 5 CAL license pack on a SBS2000 when all I get is the
information on the internet and no floppy?

I talked with Microsoft and they say the vendor I bought the license from (in
this case Softchoice) should send the floppy, Softchoice said they don't have
anything to send so meanwhile I'm stuck in the middle.

Just call MS and ask the media:

Phone number: (800) 360-7561
SKU: 807-00144
