Your OP was in HTML and he replied with a plain text version
of your message.

You need to use OUTLOOK EXPRESS to setup your Hotmail and
the newsreader accounts.

If you don't have Outlook Express you can download it free
from MS
here http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp

You should also find answers on that page (or links anyway).

BlankHotmail, at least, is recognising the fact that you're behind a proxy.
Hotmail doesn't like that...at all!

Do you have the Firewall client installed? If not, try installing that and
then try hotmail again.

1. See the suggestions in these archived threads about your Hotmail/OE
error: http://snurl.com/2udf.

Make certain your Time, Date and Time Zone settings are correct.

2. Most "all of a sudden..." problems these days are usually caused by
hijackware:

These days most of us are recommending HijackThis to identify and assist in
the removal of these bad guys. **Post your files to any of the following

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
