Health moniter alert

Help! I keep getting this message, but don't see anything
significant in any of my event viewer logs:

Application Log events: event received. Critical
condition. (WMI Status: 0 )1205032212375221

Any suggestions appreciated!

Is there any other info that goes with that event? I don't think we've seen
that particular one in the newsgroup before. Nothing in a Google search
either.
