I just installed my SBS 2000 and looked at my Health
Monitor and I am getting a Critical Error from my NIC Card
with a Threshold Byte Total/Sec>500,000.

Anyone know what that means?

Does this error happen because I don't have any
workstations attached to the Server?

Thanks

I am not sure what your response means? What does the
warning mean?

Sorry, was the wrong answer. This KB article should help you fix this:

329641 - Health Monitor Messages in Server Status: "NetworkInterface :
Critical Condition. WMI Status:2147749889":
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;329641

I changed the item in the regestry and that took care of
this issue.

Thanks again
