You can rename the administrators account, but only if you have =
completed the setup of SBS and have run all the wizards. You will =
encounter issues if you rename the account after the first part of the =
install of SBS (ie. W2k3).
After completing setup, you can rename the account without any issues at =
all.
I had to do this because I migrated from a Dutch SBS 4.5 to English SBS =
2003. So I setup SBS 2003 and run the CEICW wizard. Then I renamed the =
2003 account so it matched the 4.5 account to be able to migrate the =
users, computers and mailboxes and I haven't changed it since.

Because of the highly integrated nature of SBS it seems to look for =
very specific account names in performing certain procedures. We have =
seen many posts throughout the years because of the Administrator =
account being renamed
