HELP !! Java Applets Again!!

Hi all

I am still unable to get java applets to run on any of
our machines. I have applied the update 305217 and
followed the steps on
http://www.smallbizserver.net/sbs2003/Some_Java_applicatio
ns_do_not_work_when_ISA_is_installed.aspx
I still get the red X up the top where the applet should
run. On the Sun site, it says that this is because it
cannot detetc the proxy settings so I have manually
changed these in the sun console.
Anybody, help me please!!!!

Have you tried sliding down the security settings to default levels
instead of custom levels? That patch and the java comments at
Mariette's and Susan's websites are the end of my Jave tricks. I do
sometimes dowload the Sun workstation java application. That 305217
update gets applied at every workstation.
