I want to forward a user's email to two other users. When I go into AD
- Users - Exchange General - Delivery Options, I only have the option of
forwarding mail to a single user. What's the best way to forward mail
to multiple people?

I'm running SBS 2000. Thanks for the help!

Hi Rob,

Put those 2 users in a distribution group and forward to the group.

Marina, thank you. Actually I have the same question as Bob has. Thanks for
your valuable response.

This has me a little confused. I've created distribution groups before
for things like sales@mydomain.com and engineeringdocs@mydomain.com.

I guess what through me for a loop was the fact that you are creating an
email address but in this case, I never really want someone to email it
directly. Here's what I did... tell me if I did it correctly:

1. Went to the MyBusiness/Distribution Groups, right clicked and
selected new group.

2. Typed in a Group Name, set Group Type to Distribution and Group
Scope to Universal.

3. Left "Create an Exchange e-mail address" checked, clicked Next and
Finish

4. Went to properties for the group and added users on the members tab.

When I first created the group, I un-checked "Create an Exchange e-mail
address". I added members to that group but the group didn't show up on
the list of users and groups to forward to. Do you have to create and
exchange email address? If you create a distribution group without an
exchange email address, what would you use that for?

Thanx for your help!
