I want shared folders to be used for saving/accessing
files, but I want to set it so that people CAN'T CHANGE
THE NAMES OF THE FOLDERS/SUBFOLDERS. We've had problems
with people trying to search for a folder but accidentally
renaming it. ??? Any help on this subject would be
appreciated. Thanks!

Experiment with going into the permissions. In Advanced, set a restrictive
permission that does not allow renaming, and apply it to This Folder and
Subfolders. Then for the same user or group, set Modify (or whatever), and
select to apply it to Files. I don't recall the exact details, but
hopefully you'll see what I mean when you go to the advanced portion of the
folder's permissions tab.
