Hello all. I am getting this error on an sbs2k3 server. Rebooting the
server doesn't seem to fix it for more than a very short period. What would
be my best course of action?

Event Type: Warning
Event Source: MSExchangeIS
Event Category: Performance
Event ID: 9582
Date: 8/15/2007
Time: 12:34:40 PM
User: N/A

The virtual memory necessary to run your Exchange server is fragmented in
such a way that performance may be affected. It is highly recommended that
you restart all Exchange services to correct this issue.

Thanks!
Joe.

Hi Joe:

You may get more response in the SBS 2003 Newsgroup.

SBS public Newsgroups:

SBS 4.x: microsoft.public.backoffice.smallbiz
SBS 2000: microsoft.public.backoffice.smallbiz2000
SBS 2003: microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs

if your current news server does not carry the mentioned groups you should
be able to connect directly to news.microsoft.com

Please go to www.eventid.net and put in your event id and source. There is
a great deal of info there on working through this issue.

Larry

Oops! It is actually a sbs2k server. I miswrote the server version.. I
will repost.

Thanks for catching that.

It does belong in this ns.

Thanks.
Joe.
