Noticed that one of my SBS2K that has 35 users on it the store.exe process is taking 720MB of RAM (out of 1GB). This seems like alot....Is this normal for exchange to use this amount for so few users? Any idea on why it's taking so much

Thx.

Don't stress.
Like a lot of programmes, exchange will grab as much RAM as it can at the
outset, but will yield as much as possible when another application
requests/needs it.

Hi Rob, YEP it is by design Exchange releases when progs call for RAM.

Some pointers though...Make sure fully patched, I find hfnetchk very good

Also make sure antivirus doesn't scan the M drive and dont back it up
either.
