Exchange uses all available RAM by design. The fact it uses all available
RAM isn't a problem, issue, or whatever.
In most cases Exchange hands back the memory as other tasks request it, it
is extremely rare for Exch to create a problem where it does not hand back
the RAM, but it does happen. Systems with fewer third party apps are
unlikely to strike the problem (IME).
